These terms govern your use of the GodSounds website (the “Site”) and the free narration-sample request offered here. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The free sample

We offer a complimentary, studio-quality audio sample based on the information and passage you submit. The sample is provided to help you evaluate our narration. Submitting a request does not create an obligation for you to purchase, or for GodSounds to produce, a full audiobook.

Your content

You confirm that any manuscript passage or other material you submit is yours to share or that you have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You retain ownership of your manuscript. You grant GodSounds a limited license to use the passage solely to prepare your sample and discuss your project.

Ownership of finished work

For full productions, you own the finished audiobook outright once it is produced and delivered, free to publish and sell as you wish. Specific production terms are set out in your production agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and free sample are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GodSounds disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
